SHIPMENT


Thanks to the integrated logistics service within our company we are able to ship throughout Italy on average within 2 working days * of receipt of the order (Orders received by 12.30 are generally shipped the same day while those received after 12 , 30 are generally shipped the next day).


We decided to rely on only one courier for our shipments: BRT.


You will receive an e-mail on the processing status of your order so that you can follow it step by step: from preparation to delivery. When the shipment starts, you will also receive the BRT tracking code, so you can know exactly where your order is and when it will be delivered.


* Please note: it is not possible to provide any absolute guarantee on shipping and delivery times, because there are too many variables involved and in some cases unexpected events (strikes or force majeure) can also occur. We do our best every day to guarantee the times indicated, but sometimes this is not enough, so do not hesitate to contact our customer service for any problems encountered.


More information on delivery


When BRT comes to deliver your order, it will ask the person who receives the package to sign the delivery. If the person who will collect the package differs from the name of the order, the latter remains responsible for the package and for any costs associated with it.


Our couriers generally deliver from 8.30 to 18.00. If BRT does not find anyone at the delivery address, it will be their responsibility to leave a message with the instructions so that you can contact BRT directly.


Before signing, check that your package is perfectly intact and not damaged, in this case please mark the "damaged package" on the delivery receipt. If even the goods inside the package were damaged, we ask you to inform us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will replace the damaged products received.


Sorry we can NOT accept complaints if the word "damaged" or "withdrawal with reserve" does not appear on the note


Shipping fees


For Italy the shipping costs are:


• For orders less than € 75.00 there is a contribution of € 8.00


• For orders over or equal to € 75.00 shipping is FREE


 


WITHDRAWAL


The right of withdrawal consists in the possibility for the consumer to withdraw, within fourteen working days, from any purchase made remotely and receive a full refund of the cost incurred for the purchase without any penalty, just as provided for in Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99 which obviously includes purchases made via the Internet. The only expenses not reimbursed will be those of shipping, which remain excluded from the discipline referred to in Law Decree 185/99.


The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, without prejudice to the cases of exclusion provided for in the following. To exercise this right, the Customer must send Logistica Food srl a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products using the form downloadable here.


After making the purchase, if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must proceed in the following way:


Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, send registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to: Logistica Food srl - viale Stefano Tinozzi, 17 - 65024 Manoppello (PE) Italy.

2. The operator who has received the call or the email will arrange an appointment for the collection of the package which MUST contain all the elements as per the previous list above.


3.Logistica Food srl after checking the integrity of all the components of the product and its accompanying elements, will proceed with the refund of the amount paid EXCEPT for the shipping costs, the refund will be made within 14 days of the above checks.


The law applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the Product purchased.


The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:


1. Lack of the original packaging.
2. Absence of integral elements of the product.
3. Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.


The law applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the Product purchased.


The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:


1. Lack of the original packaging.
2. Absence of integral elements of the product.
3. Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of food which, by its nature, cannot be returned or is liable to deteriorate or deteriorate rapidly.


The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 21/2014:


- order of products by a non-consumer customer and / or requesting an invoice
- order of products made to measure or clearly personalized;
- order of products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- order of sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or that have been opened after delivery.


With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above you, in particular, are informed and accept that among the products that "risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly" include both all food products (including wines, spirits and drinks) and cosmetics, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a consequence of inappropriate storage. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal is applicable only for products purchased on the site that can be returned to Logistica Food srl and put back on the market without endangering the health of consumers (such as books, gadgets , kitchen utensils, etc.).


Defects of conformity.


In the event of conformity defects of Products sold by Logistica Food srl, the Customer must contact us immediately at the email address [email protected]

The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or to a suitable reduction of the price or to the termination of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Logistica Food srl within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
